Thanks! I hadn't thought about the heater core. How can I check it without taking everything apart? And what should I look for with the blower motor resistor?

You could try backflushing the heater core, but since you have an error code and suspect the wiring, focus there first. Might be time for a workshop visit.

Took it to a workshop, and it was a defective connection, like we thought. Cost 95€. Thanks for the help!

Have you checked the heater core? Blockages can cause similar issues, especially with that mileage. Also, take a look at the blower motor resistor.
