Thanks for the quick reply! The servomotor, eh? I haven't really delved into that specifically. Is that a common failure point on these Tourneos? And more importantly, is it something I can realistically tackle myself, or am I looking at a trip to the workshop?

Esteemed colleague, allow me to elucidate further. From my recollections, the servomotor, indeed, presented itself as the principal source of the vexation. While the prospect of a self-managed repair is not inherently untenable, I would, with utmost sincerity, counsel you to seek the sagacious guidance of a professional workshop. The inherent complexities of the lighting system and the delicate intricacies of the servomotor's calibration might well necessitate the specialized skill set and diagnostic acumen of seasoned technicians.

Appreciate the advice. Sounds like I'm heading to the workshop. Turns out it was, as suggested, a defective servomotor in the headlight, costing 1040€ to resolve. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!

Good day. As a fellow Ford owner, I can empathize with your situation. I seem to recall experiencing something analogous with my Tourneo, although I cannot attest to its perfect equivalence. I found myself in a position where the headlight auto-leveling exhibited untoward behavior. Might I inquire as to whether you have scrutinized the servomotor? Such a malfunction might well explain the irregularities in beam adjustment you have described.
