Tourneo Heating Issue

I'm having a weird issue with my 2021 Ford Tourneo hybrid. I keep getting an error stored, and the heating output seems way too low, especially now that it's getting colder. The mileage is at 64601 km. I haven't touched anything myself, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar?
