Toyota iQ automatic transmission issue

My 2012 Toyota iQ with a gasoline engine has 187624 km. The automatic transmission shifts strangely, the transmission light is on and off, and it sometimes goes into emergency mode. I think it's the transmission oil because of undervoltage. Has anyone else had this?
