Thanks. When you mention checking the voltage sensor, where is it in the iQ's electrical system? And did the battery drain manifest in a specific way, like rapid discharge overnight or during inactivity?

In my case, the voltage sensor was accessible after removing the rear seat. I'd suggest caution and consulting the service manual or a qualified technician for precise instructions. The battery drain was quite rapid. The battery warning light came on intermittently, followed by a complete failure. I went to a workshop for further assistance.

Thanks for confirming the similarities. Given the potential complexities, especially with the high-voltage system, I'll arrange for a comprehensive diagnostic assessment at a reputable workshop to pinpoint the fault and perform the necessary repairs. The likely repair costs are estimated at around 290€. Thanks again.

I had a similar issue with my iQ. The error message and power loss sound very familiar. Have you checked the voltage sensor or considered a significant battery drain? Inspect the electrical wiring for damage or corrosion.
