A system reset? How do I do that? And where are the microphone connections? I'm not a mechanic.

Given your experience, a manual system reset might cause complications. The microphone connections are usually in the head unit or wiring harness. I'd advise seeing a qualified technician with Renault diagnostic tools. The error code has info about the defect, and the technician can test the systems to avoid damage during debugging.

Thanks for the advice. The workshop said the infotainment system was defective and replaced it. Cost 815€, but at least I can make calls again.

The symptoms and error code suggest a fault within the infotainment system, specifically the audio input module. Component degradation or a software glitch could be the cause. Have you tried a system reset or checked the microphone connections? A diagnostic scan would help pinpoint the problem within the CAN bus network.
