Trailblazer automatic temperature control issue
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Chevrolet Trailblazer is experiencing an issue with its automatic temperature control system, which has stopped working, and the air conditioning system won't switch on. A scan revealed an error related to the interior temperature sensor. The problem might be due to a defective cable or plug connection. A similar issue in another vehicle was resolved by addressing a faulty connection to the sensor, suggesting that a workshop visit might be necessary to fix the problem.

Yes, I checked the sensor itself, but it appeared fine visually. Where exactly was the issue on your Peugeot?

I didn't get deep into it myself, but the workshop told me it was a faulty connection to the sensor. It sounds like you're on the right track. I'd take it in; it wasn't a huge job.

Thanks for confirming. It seems like a trip to the workshop is in order. I will post the solution when I have it. I already estimated 95€ for the repair.

That sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my old Peugeot 308. The temperature reading was all over the place, and the climate control went haywire. Did you check the HVAC sensor?
