Honestly, I never figured it out myself. I spent a lot of time checking fuses and connections, but in the end, I took it to a workshop. They mentioned something about needing specialized equipment to diagnose the MOST bus. I’d suggest doing the same; it could save you a lot of frustration. I ended up paying around 1000€ for the repair, but at least it's working now.

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my Trailblazer a while back. Was getting nothing from the speakers and the nav was totally dead. Have you checked the fiber optic cables? I remember back in the days with my old BMW E65 with the CCC, that a faulty module can bring down the whole system.
