Trajet Climate Control Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2003 Hyundai Trajet's climate control panel is non-functional, with an error indicating low heating output and an inoperative AC. Initial checks of fuses did not resolve the issue, leading to speculation about faulty cables or connections. A suggestion to inspect the blower motor resistor pack was made, but ultimately, a defective cable was identified and repaired by a workshop, resolving the problem.

Thanks for the tip! Whereabouts is the blower motor resistor pack located on the Trajet? And is there an easy way to test it before I start ripping things apart?

On the Vectra it was buried up under the dash on the passenger side near the blower motor. Testing it requires a multimeter, checking for continuity. Honestly, though, given your symptoms and the age of the car, I'd just get it to a workshop and have them check the electrical connectors and temperature sensor - could save you a lot of hassle.

Cheers. Appreciate the advice. Ended up taking it to a local place, and you were spot on. Turns out a cable was defective. Cost me 95€ to get it sorted.

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my old Vauxhall Vectra – climate control went haywire. Have you checked the blower motor resistor pack? That was the culprit on mine. They're known for causing electronic faults and messing with the HVAC system.
