Trajet Fog Sensor Problems
Summary of the thread
A 2002 Hyundai Trajet is experiencing issues with the fog sensor, leading to problems with the air conditioning, spray nozzles freezing, and mirror heating not working. The suspected cause is a defective cable or plug connection. It is suggested to have the vehicle checked at a workshop, as similar symptoms were resolved by fixing a faulty connection.

Windshield fogging wasn't really noticeable, no. Did you experience the exact same issues with the nozzles and mirror heating?

Yep, same symptoms. The frozen nozzles were a nightmare last winter. Turned out to be a dodgy connection. Honestly, I'd get it checked at a workshop. Could be a simple fix, but chasing electrical gremlins is never fun.

Thanks, I appreciate the confirmation. I'll book it in. I got a quote for 95€, so hopefully, it's just a cable like you said.

Hey, I have a Trajet too. Sounds familiar. Did the windshield fogging get worse before all this started? Could be a faulty sensor messing with everything, especially the air con and heating.
