Transit electric high voltage error

Thanks for the quick reply. The error is intermittent, and I have not checked for cable damage. Where exactly should I be looking for cable damage? I am not very experienced with EV systems.

Cable damage could be anywhere from the battery pack to the motor controller. It's best to get it checked out by a qualified technician who knows these Transit electrics. Given the symptoms, a battery issue is quite likely. Take it to a workshop.

Understood. I took it to a workshop, and the error memory was read. The workshop confirmed the battery was heavily discharged. After charging the battery, the error was gone. Repair cost was 290€. Thank you for your help!
