Good shout! No, the camera is working as expected. Where exactly is the parking sensor module located? Is it easy enough to get to without ripping half the van apart?

Okay, camera working is a good sign. I think it's probably a faulty connection to one of the sensors then. To be honest, I didn't try to fix it myself, just took it straight to the shop. I'm no expert, and didn't want to break anything. I would advise the same to you. It might be a defective connection.

Thanks for the advice! Took it to the shop today. Turns out it was a dodgy plug connection, just like you thought. They charged me 95€ to fix it. Appreciate the help!

I had something similar with my Transit! Is your rearview camera also acting up, or just the parking sensors? I'd check the wiring and plugs to the parking sensor module first. Could be a loose or corroded connection. It's usually the simple things that cause the most headaches.
