Hello, thank you very much for your reply! It's good to hear that it was "only" a battery problem in your case. Can you remember how much you paid for the repair? And have there been any similar problems with the vehicle since then or was everything okay afterwards?

Hi, yes, I still remember it well. It was €45 to revive my car with a jump start. It wasn't as cheap as I would have liked, but at least it solved the problem. Since then, I haven't had any more problems with limited functions or the like. After the mechanic deactivated the transport mode in the vehicle, everything was tip top again. I hope this helps you.

Hello, that sounds bearable - €45 is not so bad if the car runs again afterwards. I'll have the battery checked. Glad to hear you haven't experienced anything similar after the repair. I also hope that the transport mode can be deactivated on my car and then the problem will be solved. Thanks for the help, I feel a bit better now!

Hi, no stress, I can understand, I had the same problem with my 2017 Ford Focus. Car was jump-started and then there were similar stories to yours - limited functions, warning light and so on. I also thought it was the transport mode at first. But when I had it checked by the mechanic, it turned out that the main reason was a flat battery. They had to charge my battery and then it ran normally again. It didn't seem to be a big problem, just the battery was flat. Check to see if your battery might be dead too. In any case, I would suggest having the car checked by a mechanic. It's always better to be on the safe side.
