Traveller electric brake light failure
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Peugeot Traveller electric vehicle experienced brake light failure, with an error message displayed in the infotainment system and a fault stored in the error memory. The initial suspicion was a faulty brake light switch. After checking the fuses and confirming they were in good condition, the issue was resolved by replacing the faulty brake light switch, which restored normal functionality and cleared the error message.

Thank you for the suggestion. I did inspect the fuses, and they appear to be in good condition. Is there something else that could cause all three symptoms?

Hmm, if the fuses are okay and you're still getting those errors, plus the lights failing, it really does sound like the switch itself. Maybe best to get it checked out by someone who knows their stuff, just to be sure?

You were correct. I investigated further and found the switch was indeed faulty, likely due to a prior user error. Replaced it today; the error is gone, and the lights are functioning normally. Total cost: 0€ Thank you for your insight.

Oh no, that sounds like a pain! I had a similar thing happen on my old car, though it wasn't electric. Did you check the fuses, just in case it's something simple?
