Traverse massage seat switch issue

I've got a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse with a gasoline engine, and my driver's side massage seat switch isn't working. The massage function just won't turn on, and when I scanned for codes, there was an error stored related to the seat. I checked the fuses, and they all seem fine. Has anyone else run into this?

Summary of the thread

The main issue is a malfunctioning massage seat switch in a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse, with an error code related to the seat. The fuses were checked and found to be fine. A suggested cause is a problematic cable and plug connection under the seat, specifically the yellow connector that powers the seat functions. The recommended solution is to have the connection fixed at a workshop.

Did this summary help you solve your problem?

I've seen something similar on a Traverse. Have you checked the cable and plug connection under the seat? That would be my first guess.

Thanks for the quick response! Which cable and plug are you referring to specifically? Is there a particular one that's known to be problematic?

Yes, that's correct. The yellow connector that powers the seat functions. I'm pretty sure you need to go to a workshop to have it fixed.

Okay, I appreciate the advice! I'll take it to the workshop. They've quoted me about 95€ for fixing the cable and plug connection, which seems reasonable. Thanks again!
