Trax blower motor and AUC sensor fault
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Chevrolet Trax diesel experienced a non-functional blower motor, accompanied by an AUC sensor fault. The issue was suspected to be linked to the air quality sensor affecting the blower's operation. A suggestion was made to inspect the cable and plug connection for bent pins, corrosion, or loose connections. The problem was resolved by fixing a loose connection, restoring the blower's functionality.

Cable and plug connection, huh? I didn't think of that. Is there anything specific I should be looking for? I'm not exactly a wiring guru.

Bent pins, corrosion, or a loose connection. It's the most common issue. But if that all looks good, honestly, with those symptoms on a Trax of that age, I'd get it properly diagnosed. Could be other things at play too. Time to go to the workshop.

Cheers for the advice! Turns out it was exactly what you said - a loose connection. Cost me 95€ at the local shop, and now it is working perfectly again! Appreciate the pointer!

Possible, yes. The AUC sensor (also sometimes called a cabin air sensor or odor sensor) tells the system about outside air quality. If it's sending wacky signals, it could mess with the blower. But before panicking, have you checked the cable and plug connection of the component?
