Yes, all other infotainment functions work fine. Radio, media playback, and Bluetooth are all good. I visually inspected the antenna and see no damage. Could a defective antenna cause a complete loss of GPS signal, or are there other things I should check?

Yeah, a defective GPS antenna on those Tucsons will definitely kill your signal. It's a common issue. Given everything you've checked, it's almost certainly the antenna itself. Best bet is to take it to a workshop and have them replace it.

Thanks for the guidance. I'll take it to a technician for antenna replacement. The estimated repair cost is around 200€.

That sounds like a bummer. Is everything else on the infotainment system working fine, like radio, media? Have you checked for any obvious damage to the antenna itself?
