Tundra reduced engine power after tuning

Experiencing reduced engine power with my 2023 Toyota Tundra hybrid at 45883 km. There's an error stored, and I'm unsure of its meaning. Could chip tuning be the cause? Similar experiences?

The issue may be caused by the aftermarket tuning affecting the car's computer system. Hey! I also drive a Tundra. I had almost the exact same symptoms – reduced power, dashboard light, and a fault code! Did you recently get any work done on the car computer? For me, it was a dodgy aftermarket tune that screwed things up.

Thanks! Yes, I did have some chip tuning done recently. Was the error you experienced identical? How did you resolve it?

Yep, sounds like we're in the same boat. I'm no expert, but that chip tuning stuff can be finicky. I'd suggest getting it checked out by a professional. I took it to a workshop, and they sorted it out pretty quickly.

I appreciate the insight! Seems like the tuning is the culprit. I'll schedule an appointment with a trusted workshop. The repair cost was 180€. Thanks again!
