Tundra temperature gauge problems

The grille looks clear. Coolant level seems fine too. Haven't noticed any actual overheating, just the weird temp readings and the slow warm-up. What else could cause these symptoms? Is it possible that the cooling grille is defective or restricted, so that the thermal management cannot work correctly?

It's possible the cooling grille's thermal management system has a fault, especially with those symptoms. But I'm out of my depth now. I'd suggest getting it checked out by a professional, they'll be able to pinpoint the exact problem and sort it out properly. Could be a simple fix, or something more involved.

Thanks for the advice! Turns out it WAS a fuse related to the radiator grille's active thermal management. Cost me 52€ to get it replaced. Appreciate the help!

Sounds like a cooling issue for sure. Is the radiator grille physically blocked by anything? When was the last time you checked your coolant level? Also, have you noticed the engine overheating at all?
