Twingo AC Not Cooling

Hey, I have a 2013 Renault Twingo with a diesel engine. My air conditioning is not cooling anymore, and I have an error stored. I think it's related to the rear ventilation flap. Anyone had this before?

I had a similar issue with my Opel Astra, automatic climate control. The air distribution was all messed up. Check the cable and plug connection to the flap motor. That's where my problem was.

Thanks! Where exactly is that flap motor located? Is it easy to access?

On my Astra it was behind the glove compartment. But, I am not sure where it is located on your car. However, if you are not experienced, I would recommend going to a workshop and letting them check it. They can read out the error memory. Seems to be a common issue.

Thanks for the advice! I had it checked, and you were right, it was the connector. Repair was 95€. Now the air conditioning is cooling again!
