Crash sensors? Where exactly are they located? And how would I go about checking them?

They are usually near the front of the car, behind the bumper. Honestly, I wouldn't mess with it too much yourself, airbags are quite tricky. I took mine to a workshop as soon as the SRS light went off.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a garage, and it turned out to be a defective cable/plug connection in the airbag system, as you suspected. Repair cost me 95€. At least it's sorted now.

Hey, I had something similar happen in my Twingo. The airbag light was on all the time, very annoying. It could be a faulty airbag sensor or a bad connection. Have you checked the crash sensors?
