Twingo Diesel Preheating Lamp Issue

Guys, my 2012 Renault Twingo diesel is giving me headaches. The preheating lamp won't turn off, the check engine light is on, and it's smoking like crazy when I accelerate. I'm pretty sure the glow control unit is defective, probably just a bad connection. Anyone seen this before?

Sounds familiar. I had something similar with my Twingo. Was the vehicle stalling sometimes?

Yep, mine too. Turned out to be what I suspected - glow control unit. Get a diagnostic test to confirm, but likely you'll need to visit a workshop.

Thanks! You nailed it. You were totally right. Workshop confirmed it and replaced the faulty cable. Cost me 95€. Runs like a dream now!
