Twingo door lock issue

My Renault Twingo (2020, Electric) door can't be locked or unlocked. I suspect a faulty door contact signal. Fuses are fine. It has 88883 km. Could it be a defective wiring harness or car sensor?

I had a similar issue with my Twingo. Automatic locks went haywire. Did you check the plug connection to the door lock mechanism? It could be loose or corroded.

Thanks. Where is the plug connection located? Is it easily accessible, or do I need to remove the door panel?

It's behind the door panel, so you'll need to take that off. Unless you're comfortable with auto electrics, it might be worth taking it to a workshop. I eventually did and they found a defective cable.

Thanks. I took it to a workshop, and it was indeed a defective cable/plug connection. The repair cost was 95€. Your suggestion helped me to narrow down the possibilities, so thanks again!
