Thanks for the input! By 'physical connection', do you mean where the switch connects to the seat motor itself, or are you referring to the connection behind the switch on the dashboard?

I was referring to the connection where the switch connects to the seat motor. Given the error code you mentioned, and the fact that the switch is illuminated, it might be prudent to take it to a workshop for a professional diagnosis. It could still be a defective switch but with the error code indicating cable, it is best to have an expert look at it.

Appreciate the advice! I took it to the shop, and you were spot on. Turns out it was a loose connector, and the bill came to 95€. Cheers!

I had a similar problem with my Twingo, though it wasn't the electric model. Have you checked the physical connection of the switch itself? Perhaps the wiring harness has become loose or disconnected. This is a common fault.
