Thanks for the input. You mentioned checking the regulator motor. Was your error also pointing to a faulty regulator, or was it something else triggering the symptoms?

Yes, the error indicated a regulator fault as well. After doing some checks myself, I recommend going to a workshop to properly diagnose the electrical components. My final repair bill for the regulator motor came to approximately 200€.

I had a similar issue with my Twingo; the power windows wouldn't budge. Before you condemn the switch, check the window motor and the regulator motor, including the window track. It could be a mechanical issue binding it up.
