Twingo Electric washer fluid warning

I've got a 2020 Renault Twingo Electric with 135026 km on the clock. Recently, the washer fluid low warning keeps popping up, even when the reservoir is full. Now, the windshield washer system doesn't work at all. I checked the error memory and there is an error stored related to the washer fluid. I'm pretty sure the wiper water level is not the problem, because it is full. Any ideas?

I had a similar problem with my old 2016 Opel Corsa. The warning light stayed on even when the fluid was full, and then the whole system stopped working. Have you checked the spray jets for blockages? That can cause this.

Yes, blocked jets caused both the warning and the system failure on my Opel Corsa. But, you should get it checked by a mechanic to be sure.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice. I finally got around to taking it in. Turns out the pump was faulty. Cost me 25€ for a new one. Now the spray jets are working and the warning light is off!
