Twingo Seat Heater Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2014 Renault Twingo's seat heater is not functioning, with the light on the switch illuminating but no heat being produced. The issue could be due to a faulty heating mat, as indicated by an error code. Checking the fuse is suggested, but the problem is likely with the heating mat itself, requiring professional repair.

Yeah, the light comes on, but no heat whatsoever. Where exactly is the fuse located? And is it easy to check?

Sounds like exactly what I had. The fuse box is usually under the steering wheel. It's easy enough to check, but honestly, with the error code and the light coming on, it's probably the mat itself. My local workshop quoted 390€ for the repair.

Thanks for the info! I'll check the fuse, but it looks like I'm heading to the workshop. They also said it will cost 390€, so at least I know what to expect.

I had a similar problem with my Twingo. Does the light on the switch come on, but no heat? If so, it is very likely the heating mat itself. Have you checked the fuse?
