Twingo smartphone connection issue

My 2013 Renault Twingo with a gasoline engine is acting up. The smartphone won't connect, and there's an error code stored. I've tried re-pairing multiple times, but no luck. Anyone seen this before?

Sounds familiar! I had a similar connectivity issue with my Twingo. Is it just not connecting at all, or is it intermittent?

It won't connect at all. Just sits there trying and then fails. Did yours do the same thing?

Yep, exactly the same. Ended up being a software glitch, I think. Honestly, I'd just take it to a workshop. They'll sort it out quick.

Thanks for the tip. Took it to the shop, and you were right, incorrect pairing with the end device. They re-flashed something, and it's all good now. Cost me 45€. Appreciate the help!
