Twingo Windshield Washer Heater Issue

Massive headache with my 2023 Renault Twingo Electric! The windshield washer heater is acting up. I keep getting an error message, and when it's cold outside, the spray nozzles are completely frozen solid. I've checked the fuse box, but everything seems fine there. Could it be a heater malfunction with the windshield wipers? Any ideas?

I had something similar with my Twingo. I'd bet money it's a defective cable or plug connection to the heater component. Check those connections before digging deeper.

It's tricky to get to without taking some stuff apart. Honestly, the hassle might not be worth it. If you're not comfortable poking around, I'd just get it to a workshop. Probably a quick fix - 95€, they said.
