Twizy audio system failure
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Renault Twizy is experiencing a complete audio system failure, with no sound from the speakers and an error message in the system memory. The fuses have been checked and are fine, and the display is functioning normally. A similar issue was resolved by replacing the head unit, suggesting that a visit to a workshop for professional diagnosis and repair might be necessary.

Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, the display is working perfectly. I can see the radio stations, navigate through the menus, and everything looks normal. It's just that no sound comes out. Any thoughts?

Right, display working but no sound. That's exactly what happened to mine. Unfortunately, it was the head unit itself. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. They quoted me a fortune, but it might be the easiest way to sort it out.

Thanks for confirming. I suspected it might be something like that. I'll take it to a workshop and get them to take a look. I was quoted around 725€ for the display to be fixed. Fingers crossed it's nothing too serious!

Yep, sounds very familiar. I had a similar issue with my Twizy. First thing, does the display itself still work? Can you see the radio stations or anything on the screen?
