Twizy climate control panel dead

Hi, I'm having a weird issue with my 2018 Renault Twizy (electric engine). The climate control panel is completely dead. I've got 190306 km on the clock. The error memory has an error stored, and the heating output is way too low, plus the air conditioning refuses to switch on. I suspect it's a cable or plug connection issue. Anyone seen this before?

Hey! I had something similar happen with my Twizy. No AC, weak heat... drove me nuts! Did you check the power supply to the panel itself?

Yeah, I gave the power supply a look, but didn't see anything obvious. Where exactly did you find the problem in yours?

Honestly, I couldn't figure it out myself. Ended up taking it to a workshop. They found a defective connection. Cost me around 95€ to get it sorted.

Okay, thanks for the info! Sounds like I'm headed to the shop then. Good to know what to expect cost-wise.

Hi, I have a similar problem with my 2007 Espace Diesel. My climate control is totally dead. I checked the connections where the control is, but there's no power supply. I've checked all the small fuses inside the compartment and even in the engine compartment, and all are good (except for all the relay switches; I've never checked them and don't know how to check if they're good or bad). Can you help me pinpoint the relay for this climate control unit? Thank you for your help in advance.

It's possible that a faulty relay could be causing the issue. First, refer to your vehicle's manual to locate the relay associated with the climate control system. Once located, you can try swapping it with another relay of the same type from a different system that you know is working, to see if that resolves the issue. If the climate control starts working, then the relay is likely the problem. If you're unsure or uncomfortable with this, it's best to consult a professional mechanic. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
