Twizy coding error

My 2018 Renault Twizy (electric) is throwing errors. The malfunction indicator is on, the infotainment screen shows an error, and the speedometer isn't working. The scan tool shows a fault code. I suspect coding issues. Has anyone seen this before?

That sounds familiar! I have a Twizy too, and I had a similar problem a while back. Did you try anything before plugging in the scan tool, or did it just pop up?

Nothing obvious happened before. What was the problem with yours? Were the symptoms the same, and how did you fix it?

annifischer60

Yeah, same symptoms exactly! Error message on the dash. I didn't mess with it myself, took it straight to a workshop. They said it was a coding issue, like you suspect. Best to get it checked out properly, I reckon.

Coding issues sound like a headache. Thanks! Looks like a workshop visit is in order. At least I know what to expect. They quoted around 360€ for coding correction. Fingers crossed!
