Yeah, the Twizy was acting strangely overall. The battery was the culprit. If you can't figure it out, a workshop visit might be best. My repair ended up costing around 290€.

I had something similar with my Twizy. Check the seat harness. Is the battery heavily discharged? That can cause some strange electrical gremlins. I'd start there.
