Twizy rear ventilation flap issue

I'm reporting an issue with my 2019 Renault Twizy (electric engine). At 171092 km, it's showing a malfunction with the rear ventilation flap. An error is stored, indicating a climate control unit problem. The AC no longer cools. Diagnostics suggest a bad cable or plug connection. Has anyone else seen this?

OMG, that sounds awful! My Twizy is only a few years old, but I've heard these little EVs can have quirky issues sometimes. Rear ventilation flap, huh? Is that for the rear passengers... do we even HAVE rear passengers? Haha! Seriously though, have you checked the fuses? Sometimes it's the simplest thing!

Thanks for the quick reply. Which fuses are relevant to the rear ventilation system? A diagram or fuse number would really help.

Fuse diagrams are tricky because they change, but check your owner's manual (if you still have it!). Or maybe Google 'Twizy fuse diagram' and see what pops up? Honestly, if it's more than just a fuse, I'd probably take it to a workshop. Electric cars can be kinda scary to mess with!

I took it to a certified Renault workshop. They found a defective cable connection to the rear ventilation flap. The repair was 95€, including parts and labor. Thanks again for your help.
