Twizy seat massage failure
Summary of the thread
A 2015 electric Twizy experienced a failure in the driver's seat massage function after 43,075 km, with the switch being unresponsive and a diagnostic tool indicating an error. The suspected cause was a bad cable or plug. After checking the fuses and finding no issues, the problem was resolved by a local garage, which identified and fixed a defective plug connector.

Thanks! I checked the fuse box, and all fuses seem okay. What part of your BMW caused the issue? Did you check the seat motor or switch first?

It was the lumbar support motor itself. Since the fuses are good and you're getting an error code, it's likely a deeper issue. With electrics, a workshop is often best. Save yourself the headache.

Understood. Thanks. I took it to a local garage, and they fixed it. It was a defective plug connector, and they resolved it for 95€. Thanks again!

Interesting. My 2018 BMW 5 series had a similar issue with the lumbar support. The motor died. Have you checked the seat fuse? Could be something simple before you tear apart the upholstery.
