Yeah, I tried the holding-the-button trick – no dice. The error is still stored. Could it be something more than just needing a reset? What else could trigger this?

Well, if the reset didn't work and you've got an error code, could be a deeper issue. If you don't have the right tools, going to a shop to have the error memory read might be the next best step.

Thanks! I'll take it to the shop and have them check it out. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious. Turns out the bill will be around 290€.

Twizy windows, eh? Sounds familiar. Had the same issue, though mine wasn't after a battery swap. Did you try the window reset procedure? It's usually holding the button down for 10 seconds.
