Twizy Windshield Washer Heater Issue

Hey, I'm having a weird issue with my 2021 Renault Twizy (electric engine). The windshield washer heater seems to be on the fritz. I keep getting an error stored in the memory, and the spray nozzles are totally frozen when it's cold out. I'm guessing it's the cable or plug connection, but has anyone else run into this? It's driving me nuts!

I had a similar problem with my Twizy. Frozen nozzles are a pain, aren't they? Did you check the fuse box? That's the first place I'd look.

Thanks! Which fuse is it specifically? I'm not super familiar with fuse boxes. Is it labeled clearly for the windshield washer heater or something similar?

It should be, but honestly, I ended up taking mine to a workshop. It turned out to be a faulty heating element, and they replaced it. Saved me the headache of digging around myself. That's what I would recommend.
