Ulysee intake manifold flap issue

Hi, I'm having trouble with my 2009 Fiat Ulysee diesel. I'm losing engine power, the engine is running rough, and it jerks when I accelerate. There's also a loud hissing sound from the engine bay when I accelerate, and my fuel consumption has gone up. It's only done 61223 km. I think it might be the intake manifold flap control. Has anyone else had this?
