Hey, thanks for the quick response, your case sounds pretty similar to mine. This is obviously not the news I wanted to hear, but it's good to know what I might be in for. Do you happen to remember what you paid for the repair and if there have been any other issues since? Thank you and best regards!

Moin, sure, no problem, I still remember it well. So since the visit to the mechanic, the problem with the ride height control is gone, the car drives great again! As for the cost: It was €155, the cable connection on the sensor was defective and had to be repaired. So it wasn't as bad as it looked at first. I hope this helps you and you get off lightly! All the best and see you then!

Hello, I had a similar situation with my Audi A3 (gasoline, year of manufacture 2016, mileage of 75,000 km). I also noticed that the ride height was uneven and the car was bouncing excessively. In my case, it was actually the problem with the ride height control. My mechanic had to check and eventually replace the entire suspension. It was quite serious as it affected the overall ride quality. So it could be that you are facing a similar repair on your A5. Inform yourself well and get it checked by someone you trust. It's better to get it sorted sooner rather than later. Good luck with it! Regards
