Hello, thank you for the quick and helpful tip. It's good to know that I'm not alone with this problem. Did you have any further problems afterwards or was everything back to normal? And can you remember what you had to pay for the repair? I just want to prepare myself mentally before I go to the garage. Many thanks and best regards!

Hello, I'm glad I could help you. Well, after I took the car to the mechanic, the fault in the suspension damper adjustment was rectified. So far my car is running smoothly again, no further problems since then, fortunately. As for the price, I can tell you that it cost me €224. The plug connection was defective and had to be replaced. So be prepared mentally and morally to spend a bit out of pocket. But hey, it's better to have it repaired properly once than to drive with fear all the time, right? Best regards back!

Hi, that really is a relief! Good point, safety and peace of mind are worth spending a little more. And it seems like your mechanic is pretty good. Maybe you can give me his contact details? For my part, I'll stop by and hope it's not much more expensive than yours. Thank you for sharing your experience with me. It has really helped me. Best regards!

Hi, I can relate to your pain, I had similar issues with my 2011 BMW 5 series. The suspension was hard as a rock and the warning lights came on frequently. It turned out that my damper adjustment was also faulty. It was actually a serious problem as it affects the handling considerably. The guys at the garage had to replace it completely. You should take your car to the garage as soon as possible and have it checked. Best regards!
