UrbanCruiser mirror heating fault
Summary of the thread
A 2012 Toyota UrbanCruiser diesel has a fault with the mirror heating, with neither side functioning and an error stored in the memory. The fuses were checked and found to be fine. A suggestion was made to inspect the cable or plug connection, which was identified as the cause of the issue. The problem was resolved at a workshop by fixing the defective plug connection.

Thanks for the tip! Where exactly did you find the faulty connection? Was it difficult to access? Any special tools needed?

Yeah, it was a pain to get to. I'm no mechanic but I think it's best to take it to the workshop. That's what I did.

Took the UrbanCruiser to the workshop, and you were spot on! It was indeed a defective plug connection. Cost me 95€ to fix. Thanks for the advice!

Whoa, mirror heating problems, eh? I had something similar with my UrbanCruiser. Drove me nuts! Is it possibly the cable or plug connection? That's what caused mine to fail. Check those before you do anything else.
