My 2011 Toyota UrbanCruiser, diesel engine, is giving me grief. Only 31101 km on the clock! The rear ventilation flap is throwing up errors, climate control's gone haywire, and the AC is basically useless in the back. I'm betting on a dodgy cable or plug connection. Anyone else seen this?

Ugh, sounds familiar! Had almost the exact same thing happen in my old Vauxhall Astra, although it was the front vents playing up. Total nightmare. Was it throwing up any specific error codes?

Yeah, there's an error stored in the memory, but it's vague. Did your Astra do the same? Did you manage to sort it yourself or did you have to bite the bullet and take it somewhere?

Mine was similar, vague error. Honestly, I fiddled for hours and got nowhere. Ended up taking it to a garage. They diagnosed it pretty quick. Best bet is to get it checked out properly. Save yourself the frustration!
