Thanks. Where exactly is the radar sensor located on the V Klasse, so I can inspect it? What kind of cleaner would be suitable if cleaning is the solution?

The radar sensor is typically in the front bumper, often behind a plastic cover. Check your vehicle's manual for the precise location. Use only a gentle cleaner and a soft cloth to avoid damaging the sensor. Given the symptoms, it might be wise to visit a workshop to rule out more complex electronic issues. The diagnostic tools there will help determine the root cause.

Your help was great. The radar sensor was indeed dirty. After cleaning, the error disappeared, and all systems are working. The total cost was 45€ for the cleaner and cloth. Thanks!

A dirty sensor is a plausible cause. These sensors are crucial for driving assistance systems. Has the vehicle been driven in adverse weather conditions recently? Are there any visible obstructions on the sensor itself? When a radar sensor malfunctions, it can trigger a cascade of electronic issues, disabling features that rely on it.
