V40 Audio System Failure

Ugh, I'm so annoyed! My 2019 Volvo V40, gasoline engine, is driving me crazy. The audio system just died. Nothing. No sound from the radio, USB, nothing. It's like the whole thing is muted, but it isn't! Could it really be the car speakers?

I had a similar issue with my V40's sound system. Does it affect all audio sources, including the radio? Have you noticed any distortion or unusual sounds prior to it failing completely?

Yeah, radio silence across the board! No sound from anywhere. No, no weird noises beforehand. Just...gone. Any thoughts?

Given that it's all sources failing simultaneously and there were no prior warnings, I'd lean towards a more fundamental fault. It could be a defective bass speaker but I would advise that you consult a workshop.
