V40 Tire Pressure Sensor Issue

Has anyone had issues with the tire pressure monitoring system on their 2012 Volvo V40 gasoline? The instrument panel says 'Tire pressure too low,' but the tires are properly inflated. There's also an error code related to the tire pressure sensors.

I had a similar problem with my V40. The error message was driving me crazy! Did you check all the sensors, or just the tires themselves?

I've checked the tire pressure with a gauge, but I haven't tested the sensors themselves. What was the issue you experienced, and how did you diagnose the faulty sensor?

It turned out to be a faulty sensor. Given your symptoms, it does sound like the sensors. I'd recommend visiting a workshop to have them checked.

Thanks for the advice. I'll schedule an appointment to have the tire pressure sensors inspected and replaced. I've already received a cost estimate of about 280€ for the replacement.
