V60 check engine light and stalling
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Volvo V60 diesel is experiencing a check engine light and stalling issues, potentially due to a faulty pressure sensor. However, a similar case suggests the problem might be with the tank ventilation valve, specifically clogged hoses connected to the purge valve. The recommended solution is to have a professional workshop inspect and clear any blockages, which resolved the issue in this instance.

Thanks for the suggestion! Where exactly is the tank ventilation valve located? I'm not very familiar with that part of the engine.

It's a bit tricky to get to without proper tools. Honestly, if you're not comfortable poking around, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. Clogged hoses were indeed my problem. Saved myself a lot of headache just letting them sort it out. Could be the pressure sensor too, but ventilation is more likely.

Thanks for the advice. Took it to the shop, and you were right – clogged hoses to the tank ventilation valve. Repair cost me 175€. Appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my V60. It might be the tank ventilation valve. Have you checked the hoses connected to the purge valve? They can get clogged up pretty easily, causing EVAP system problems.
