V60 door actuator electrical issue

Has anyone else experienced electrical gremlins with their door actuators on a 2019 Volvo V60 hybrid? My keyless entry has completely stopped working, and I'm getting an error code stored in the memory. I've checked the fuses, but everything seems fine. Before I start tearing apart the door panel, I was hoping someone might have some insight. I suspect it is related to the cable or plug connection.
