Yep, had the same issue on my V60. Does the error code point to a specific seat?

The error code doesn't specify a side. How did you solve it? DIY or workshop?

I tried diagnosing it, checking connections, but ended up at a workshop. They confirmed and replaced the heating mat. Fiddling with the seat and airbags seemed too risky. Cost about 390€.
