V60 Seat Heater Failure

Seat heater isn't working on my 2020 Volvo V60 with a gasoline engine. Fuses are fine, but the diagnostic tool shows a seat heating error. Could it be the heating mat itself at 140189 km? Anyone else experienced this?

Yep, had the same issue on my V60. Does the error code point to a specific seat?

The error code doesn't specify a side. How did you solve it? DIY or workshop?

I tried diagnosing it, checking connections, but ended up at a workshop. They confirmed and replaced the heating mat. Fiddling with the seat and airbags seemed too risky. Cost about 390€.
