V60 Undervoltage Errors
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Volvo V60 hybrid is experiencing undervoltage errors, leading to poor starting, system failures, flickering lights, and a weak battery. The issue may stem from a defective battery or a faulty charging system, such as the alternator. After checking the battery terminal with no visible issues, it was suggested to have the battery and charging system professionally diagnosed. The problem was resolved by replacing the defective battery.

Thanks for the quick reply. How did you resolve your similar issues? Did a new battery fix it, or was the problem elsewhere?

For me, it turned out to be a heavily discharged battery, likely also defective. I'd suggest getting it properly diagnosed at a workshop. They can check the battery's capacity and the charging system's output to pinpoint the exact cause.

Thanks for the information. I took it to a shop. They identified a defective battery. Replacement, including labor costs, came to 290€. The problem is resolved.

I own a V60 as well, although it's an older model. I had similar issues. Have you had the battery health checked? It might be worth looking at the charging system too. Sometimes a faulty alternator can cause undervoltage problems, even with a relatively new battery.
