V70 rough running error code

I had a similar issue on my V70. Rough running and that same error code. Do you notice it more when the engine is cold? How's the fuel consumption? I'd also be interested to know if you've had any performance tuning done recently. That can sometimes mess with the fuel injection system and throw off the compensation adjustment.
